I can't log in - what should I do?

Make sure you're using the email address your coordinator has on file. If you've recently changed your email, try the old one. Still stuck? Email support@electivio.com.

I didn't receive my verification code.

Check your spam or junk folder. Codes expire after 10 minutes. If it's been longer, request a new code on the login page.

How do I change my email address?

For security reasons, your email address cannot be updated from within the portal. To change your email, contact support@electivio.com or ask your personal coordinator to update it for you.
