These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Electivio Patient Portal ("Portal"). By signing in, you agree to these Terms. The Portal is operated by Electivio AG, Talstrasse 88, Pfäffikon SZ 8808, Switzerland.
The Portal is available to patients and prospective patients of Electivio who have been provided login credentials. Access is personal and non-transferable. You must not share your sign-in code or allow others to access the Portal using your identity.

The Portal provides information about your treatment plan and general care guidance. This does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified medical professional for medical decisions. Treatment eligibility, techniques, and expected outcomes discussed in the Portal are indicative and subject to clinical assessment.
Photos you upload remain your property. By uploading them, you grant Electivio a licence to use them for your treatment assessment, progress tracking, and aftercare. Separate, optional consent is required for any marketing or educational use of anonymised photos. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.
Patients who accept a treatment plan are covered by the Electivio Satisfaction Promise, which includes Results Assurance, Total Price Clarity, and End-to-End Support. The specific terms of the Satisfaction Promise are set out in your treatment agreement. The Portal references the Promise for your convenience but does not alter its terms.
Payments made through the Portal are processed by Zoho SecurePay, Stripe, and Airwallex. Electivio does not store your credit card or bank details. Payment terms, amounts, and due dates are set out in your invoice. Refund policies are governed by your treatment agreement.
We aim to keep the Portal available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update the Portal, these Terms, or the Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or Portal notification.
To the extent permitted by law, Electivio's liability for any loss arising from use of the Portal is limited to direct damages and does not include indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. This does not limit liability for fraud, personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Schwyz, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
